A 10% deposit is required upon booking confirmation. You will pay the balance in-store upon arrival, either by credit card, ANCV holiday vouchers, ANCV Connect, or cash.

Cancellations are possible up to 48 hours before your arrival date. Only the 10% deposit will be retained.

After this notice period, the full amount will be charged for cancellations.

For package bookings, reserve your bikes at the regular price. The package discount will be applied at the in-store counter upon arrival.

In July and August, we do not accept bookings of less than 3 days. For 1- or 2-day rentals, please visit the store to check availability on the day of your visit.

Since 2023, we have also offered on-site repairs, available from October to March. Simply book an appointment directly on our website.
